NEVILLE BRODY LECTURE POSTER
School of Visual Arts, 2007

"Rules are created by another generation for a different social order have to be modified for the present day. I wanted to get across the idea that design is ever-evolving with the use of the word "organic". I highlighted the recognition of words by just stripping things down. Words started off with hand-drawn and recognizable letters, but they ended up as abstract shapes that could still be read as the word itself." At the time I was designing this poster, I was impressed by the words of Neville Brody, so I tried building this colorful poster around his design approach.
